 The Sign of The Cross

 In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father (The Lords Prayer)

Our Father who art in Heaven,
hallowed by thy name;
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

Glory be to the Father

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Eternal Rest

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

Come Holy Spirit

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.

College Morning Prayer

O God, Our Father, whose love has made us all one family in Christ,
Into Your hands with Him, we commend our lives.
May He live in us, and work through us, in all we do today,
Through the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in our lives.

Graces Before Meals
Bless us, O Lord, as we stand together.
Bless the food we eat today.
Bless the hands that make the food.
Bless us O God.

We thank and praise you Lord for the gifts of your creation and ask your blessing on humankind,
that one day we can learn to share with poorer nations so that no-one will go hungry.
We ask you this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

Prayers At The End of The Day

Loving God,
I thank you for having given me life,
and for having made me to know, love, and serve you
all the days of my life and for eternity.
I thank you for my faith and for the day that I am completing.
I ask your pardon for any hurt I may have caused, or anything I have left undone that I should have done.
I resolve to make tomorrow a better day.
Be with me as I live out the rest of today
and return to my home and family.

Make us better persons,
more considerate towards others, more honest with ourselves, and more faithful to You.
Make us generous enough to want sincerely to do Your will what ever it may be.
Help us find our true vocation in life, and grant, that through it, we may find happiness ourselves and bring happiness to others.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
